I filed claim several times and never faced rejection or delay in the processing of claim. Last claim was filed against the broken wall as s result of the fallen tree in stormy night. The customer service was prompt and really helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
ACCC is just exceptional. It is the most reliable company I have had experienced so far. I was having serious issues with the previous company that raised the interest rate on my credit Card. I contacted the customer center and they told me the interest rate would be lowered after 6 months but it was a lie. I was so desperate to change my company.
