My doctor recommended a medical alert device. I've been on Walgreens Ready Response for a long time now and they were extremely helpful when I set it up. I use the device consistently and the response has been alright generally. But, it was somewhat difficult to get them to come out and do anything. I didn't have the idea of what their schedule was. Maybe it was quite demanding at that point in time. Other than that, I haven't had any issues.


I'm extremely happy with BlueStar HonorCare. I feel safe since I live by myself, and I figure I'm not by myself as long as I have it. If they can't assist me right now, they'd send me something in the mail. I got another band thing around my neck and that appeared to be what the issue was, and everything has been fine sine we got that.


We've had Progressive Homeowners since October but I used a different company previously and they were more expensive. We were looking for a better price and since we couldn’t find it, we have chosen to stay with where we are at this moment. One person said they're going to get back to me but never got back to me. They should work little on customer service too.


Two or three of my friends and I were taking a look at buying a trailer and were hoping to see what the insurance would be on it. But, we couldn't find exactly how much it would cost versus what we were looking for on Citizens Property Insurance Corporation's site because maybe we expected to talk with someone. But overall, it was fine. The response was satisfactory, however, they just couldn't do any great.

I paid my loan payment twice accidentally. I requested a refund for one of the payments. My call with the customer care agent was 15 min, the lady on the telephone mumbled, so it was close to difficult to get her. She told me I would see the money back in my account within 3 business days. The hold time was quite high. NetCredit needs to work on the customer service agents otherwise you will lose your customers.
