BEWARE before you purchase this "protection" plan------they tell you things are covered then when they fail, then they deny your claim--- A Bogus Company-if I could leave 0 stars I would.

I had a ceiling fan that stopped working and two kitchen light fixtures that would not come back on. They were taken care of with just one repair request. When I called customer service with my extended warranty information, they scheduled a contractor to come over to repair them. He was on time and was able to get everything working again. They shared wiring, which he replaced and they came back on. The tech actually gave me a phone call a few days after to check and make sure everything was working correctly. I’ve never had a follow-up call from a serviceman unless I had asked them to call me. Having to live with a fixed income this was such a great deal - I only had to pay my deductible. Prompt, professional, and courteous and they fixed all of my problems.
