ShoreTel system is incredible, I use every last bit of it, it's cheap. ShoreTel works - I don't have to mess with the phone system. Furthermore, their reps were awesome. My company uses ShoreTel for our telephone service, transferring calls inside departments. We had an issue with the working, as far as the voice message or the phone ringing on specific devices and not on different devices. The customer service was useful in taking care of the issue despite the fact that it required a significant amount of time to resolve. It appeared to be confused yet they continued taking a shot at it and in the long run they could resolve it. furthermore, the customer service was helpful in dealing with the issue and persistent in attempting to enable us to resolve it. They ensured that our issues were met.
The call quality was crystal clear to the point that you could hear a pin drop on the other end. Shoretel's hours work for me which is all that matters. They offer various differential features that are just amazing and best for my business. Shoretel is just Robust, Reliable, rich in features, cheap and fast.I could not be happier with the company. I am very pleased with the additional features that are super friendly and can be understood without any help.
