Pacific Specialty Insurance Company is extremely customer focused. You always get the opportunity to speak a representative without waiting. Agents are always helpful and respectful. When filing a claim send an estimator out promptly to get a quote and the settlement is in every case reasonable and equitable. I have been with Pacific Specialty Insurance Company for more than 3 years and have been most satisfied. I would definitely be going to recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have always had wonderful experience with the company. I have been using the services from 8 years now and the company has never disappointed me. They are prompt, cooperative and honest. I filed the claim against the fallen wall in my backyard due to a heavy rainfall and storm last month. They just rushed to help and process the claim as soon as possible. The agent handled everything so professionally and I could not ask for better services. Highly recommended.

Had damaged electrical service after a tree came down in a storm... My claim was promptly and fully compensated by PSI.I have found them all to be honest, reliable and truthful. I bundled our house and cars together with them.They are always there to help when called. They offer great products and good customer service. This company is one of the best out there. Very affordable and they really come through for you. They called me to make sure I was alright and if they could do anything for me.I feel lucky I had never had to use it.
