The customer service is stunning! Each inquiry I had was replied by a knowledgeable, polite agent and the whole program was disclosed to me step by step with all expenses known upfront!! I understood everything that was disclosed and said to me. I have no further inquiries right now however on the off chance that I have many later on I will call and thank you for your service. I have been a customer of the Money Management from 2 years. I was head over heals in debt because of some insane decisions. I had no where to seek out the help. I searched internet for various options and found MMI. I did not have any idea about this consolidation thing. There are still times where I feel overwhelmed at the amount of money I owe, but the progress I’ve made has filled me with great hope. I am saving a little money for a small cushion before I start, it won't be much but w/o credit cards I will be in deep trouble without something. They have made my debt more manageable for me and my family. Money Management was able to instantly help me with my financial troubles and advise me on my next steps gradually and with more detail.
