Everybody I spoke was extremely pleasant. They had no issues answering the ton of inquiries I had! What's more, they are reachable!! Whenever I would call or email them I could get ahold to somebody immediately! I am exceptionally appreciative for this company! I can hardly wait to appreciate life without this huge cloud hanging over us any longer! I was really starting to figure we could never have the ability to get out of debt! Also, now there is an end sooner rather than later!!

Midland Credit managed my loan so well and made things easier for me. The customer rep are professional and patient. They explain the tiniest information to make things clear and transparent and provide various proposals to solve your issue in the best way. They proposed me a personalized plan and I was able to save $ 100 on my account with every installment I paid on my loan. I have never been so satisfied with my accounts. Highly recommended guys.

I had a debt, but could not afford to pay it. Every time I called, they were polite. They answered any questions I had, they would check up on me, and they would send me anything that I requested.MCM has helped us get everything put together and then taken care of. They should keep doing what they're doing because it is very helpful. And others should check into it very carefully because they seem to be reliable.I was overwhelmed with card debt and MCM got it reduced and put on the lowest rate. They set me up for the automatic payment and I didn't worry about it for quite a while. It was affordable for me at the time to pay things and go where I could come up with a solution. And then I ended up getting some money finally and paid everything.

I called the company to discuss my account in collections. I asked them for the total that I had to pay. They told me the amount. I also asked for the name of the person that was handling the case. They would not give it to me. They told me that I had to write them a letter to clear it so that they could tell me about my account. I even asked them if I had the money in a couple of days and they would not give me an answer. I don't even have an address to send them a letter. I really want to pay this off but now I guess I will be postponed in getting the account paid off.
