After looking through a few other companies of auto insurance I found that American Freedom Insurance had the best coverage at the price I was happy to pay. I've never had any issues with American Freedom Insurance. I am happy with the fact American Freedom Insurance can cover different things other than my car. They treat me fairly and if there are any issues, they settled in a timely manner. I recommend American Freedom Insurance to anybody searching for a flexible and reliable insurance company.

I drive a lot and needed extended coverage for my car. I liked the cost and customer service of American Freedom Insurance. They weren't pushy and spoke the truth about the cost, what the plan included and whether it makes sense well to pay total. I set up monthly installments, which are reasonable. In light of past experiences, having extended coverage is valuable. they have incredible customer service and willing to help address your issues.

I recently purchased the insurance policy from American insurance company. At first they were a bit lagging but then my view about them changed as they showed efficiency. The person who was dealing with me was very friendly and helpful. He explained me all the details of the policy and helped me choose the best policy for my car as i wanted to stay under my budget. They have good and reasonable packages and i totally loved their quick services. I hope they keep up with their good work and do not let me down in the future if they are needed! Thumbs up!

I've been the customer of AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE throughout the previous 2 years and I'm happy with AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE. Their policy is extraordinary and the cost is exceptionally reasonable. They never increase our rate and always send our policy renewal on time. Since I'm great driver I never had any issue with AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE . I recommend AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE to every one of my loved ones as I genuinely believe their rate is extremely reasonable.

I have never had an issue with my local representative which is why I have kept them BUT claim processing seemed slow and they took some time to figure out how to get the repairs done and who would be covered. It was not very pleasant and it felt like I was annoying them by filing a claim for damage to my vehicle.Also, I don't like that our rates seem to go up every time our policy renews but I like that questions are answered quickly and reminders are friendly.Customer service is not the issue. Everyone you speak to or interact with is very helpful and polite.

They process claims in an exceptionally concerning manner and make you feel that they give it a second thought. The processing time is quick too. I settled on the correct choice in using them. I have just the right amount of coverage for my vehicle at the right cost and am extremely happy with settling on the decision to run with them. Different organizations needed a great deal of cash for a similar coverage and the value was poor. Their customer service representatives and agents are proficient. I have never had an awful experience dealing with them by any means.

I was on a road trip when my car was hit by a motorbike and it caused damage to the bumper and the lights. It was then i felt relieved as i had got my self an auto insurance from American freedom insurance company. The real challenge was the coverage process and i was astonished as it also went smoothly. I contacted one of their representatives and they were very cooperative. My trust on this company has grown with time and i would recommend this to all my family and friends. Amazing team and even better services. Totally loved it.

I got insurance through an agent insure on the spot which sold me the insurance and told me everything that was covered under full coverage bodily uninsured motorist etc, rental reimbursement.I used to use American Freedom Insurance Company. I had a cracked bumper from before and the key entry is broken. I told them I did not need them to fix those items. They called me back and said my insurance with them has been accepted.Worth what you pay So far the experience is good, they offer good customer care and the response time is also very good.

I purchased a policy 2 yeara ago from American Freedom Insurance and they are not as good as the other companies. My car was hit by a Ford two months ago and did not recive the claim yet. The customer service is good as they answer your call but the procedure of paying claim is is too lengthy.

Never get the call back even after lodging the complaint. You should work on your customer support.
