I recently took a flight. Compared with my previous flight, this flight was overall great. Avianca is one of the better airlines. Their prices are generally lower than others, their flight times are good, their planes are comfortable, their flight staff is typically friendly and helpful, and they give snacks. However, the cancellation policy should be looked into closer.
This has been by far the worst experience my husband and I had while flying. Discourteous and rude at the check-in counter. Employees are not knowledgeable. They put you on hold everlastingly and they disconnect you when you request to ask to speak to a supervisor. Apparently, every person is a supervisor and they don't have the foggiest idea of how to deal with the questions really well.
I was moving to Phoenix and it should have been done. North American Van Lines' rep was magnificent and their moving team was good. Their reps were phenomenal. Their professionalism was remarkable. Additionally, their moving team was excellent. In spite of the fact that everything they did was load our things onto the truck, it was a good move nonetheless. I wasn't stressed over my things. They did fine with that. There were no issues with delivery.
I saw Allied Van Lines on the web and I also looked around. I went with them because their price was alright and the moving coordinator who helped me was extraordinary. I needed to move my moving date multiple times because of the storm coming in and afterward, I couldn’t close on my property, so he was extremely incredible to work with me to fix the schedule. That was nice of them to do. Overall speaking, I was happy with the service.
I signed up as a single to go on this travel yet when I boarded the ship, I found a roommate had been assigned out to share my cabin; I had paid the single supplement. Sadly, the roommate was a bad match - she snored noisily and screamed in his sleep, consequently keeping me awake. The crew tried to help, however not much could be done.
