I recently took a flight. Compared with my previous flight, this flight was overall great. Avianca is one of the better airlines. Their prices are generally lower than others, their flight times are good, their planes are comfortable, their flight staff is typically friendly and helpful, and they give snacks. However, the cancellation policy should be looked into closer.
This was by far the best and incredible airline we have flown. The seats, windows, headrest, bathrooms everything was just great. The crew members were wonderful. They were so attentive and communicative. The food was also great. Overall the in-flight entertainment services were incredible . We loved everything on our plates. The entire process from boarding to destination lounge was smooth and seamless. I would love to travel on Avianca again and again. I would recommend it to everyone .
We booked a business class ticket with Avianca airlines.We heard that Avianca business class is the one of the most prominent and good business class to travel so we searched for better deals on Avianca business class. Food was excellent and plenty, we also received a blanket and complimentary headset during our journey. The fleet is modern and very comfortable. I had an amazing experience. The attendance was perfect in the airline, from the check in, the front desk to the flight and the baggage claim.We arrived into check in and we took around 5 minutes, which is amazing given that it was the time were all Avianca international flight departe. Excellent flight and everything was outstanding.We had a great safe flight flying with Avianca.
I had overlooked what an airline meal could resemble! The food was great and the service was awesome. In any case, the food was delicious and hot. Snacks were warm and drink was cool. Earphones distributed without the requirement to pay additional. Helpful for their 2 pronged systems however when we were in the one with a single prong - we got those two on the off chance that we required them. The boarding staff was also very courteous, I had always an exceptional experience with them.
