I was moving to Phoenix and it should have been done. North American Van Lines' rep was magnificent and their moving team was good. Their reps were phenomenal. Their professionalism was remarkable. Additionally, their moving team was excellent. In spite of the fact that everything they did was load our things onto the truck, it was a good move nonetheless. I wasn't stressed over my things. They did fine with that. There were no issues with delivery.
My experience with North American Van lines was OK. The sales rep was patient and thorough when it came to gathering information as he pointed out some points which were not even in our minds. Like did we have stairs on new location and how close the truck could be parked for loading and storing. I really got comfortable with my decision of choosing them at a cheap rate. The only thing that I did not like about them was the delay. They arrived almost 2 hours late than the scheduled time and the entire process of moving got delayed. They took more than the estimated time to pack and store the stuff on trucks. But everything was delivered undamaged.
I hired the staff of North American van lines last month to get the shifting done to my new apartment. They came in on time and were very quick in the loading phase. I noticed their attitude was extremely professional and they were also well trained in packing, loading and unloading. We waited for a little while and their team came and took charge of the matters. They kept in touch with us during the traveling time. They also charged us reasonably which made our whole experience worth it. I would highly recommend their superb services to everyone out there.

I was looking for a moving company that was real cool. The guys were very hard working and they wrapped all my furniture up, and didn't scratch anything. They took good care of it and they did a wonderful job.
North American Van Lines was incredible to reach out both on the web and by phone. Their customer service reps were amazing and the most delightful people. They were kind, brilliant, obliging and accommodating. Pick-up and delivery guys were also extraordinary. They were fun, pleasant, and extraordinary. They spoke on a personal level. I was exceptionally glad and would do it again with them instantly. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and fam. They were simply incredible.
