These guys are amazing. I purchased a warranty plan from them and after 2 weeks my AC broke down. They got it fixed without any questions asked! It was really a burden to remove from my shoulders. Omega Auto Care has had phenomenal customer care and I highly recommend them to anybody searching for an auto warranty company that definitely puts the customer first!
I will never order from Bob's Discount Furniture again. They are not professionals. They don't let you know until after your purchase that you cannot get from that same store. Was a distance away. What's more, when my sofa didn't fit I got the smaller loveseat and never was refunded the difference. Bad business right around. I will advise everybody not to order from there. A lot of other furniture stores around.
I have some concerns about the outside stairlift that I bought from Acorn Stairlifts. I got it since it didn't jut out at the end of the staircase as much as the other one, which turned out further after it came down the stairs. I also like the freedom that it offers me to go up and down the stairs. Their prices were better over other stairlift providers. The sales team was nice.
My mom, a 75-year woman, came to live with us. She had a Look Stairlifts at her previous residence and we chose to get one, as well. I am extremely frustrated. Look Stairlifts never got back to check whether we were happy with the installation. They sold it to us, they came and installed it. That was at least four or five weeks ago. At least you should look back at the customers also.
