I have some concerns about the outside stairlift that I bought from Acorn Stairlifts. I got it since it didn't jut out at the end of the staircase as much as the other one, which turned out further after it came down the stairs. I also like the freedom that it offers me to go up and down the stairs. Their prices were better over other stairlift providers. The sales team was nice.

Acorn stair lifts are highly convenient for the people in need especially old people. We got a stair lift installed from acorn two years back for my mother in law. It is working like new till today. My mother in law was having problems and pains in her joints. Her doctor strictly forbids her from climbing stairs so we reached out to Acorn stair lifts. To my astonishment it was more than I expected. They were quick to respond and had an efficient customer service. They came to our house and installed the stair lift in the same week. The stair lift is easy to operate and is nicely structured. It is a bit pricey but worth it.

Acorn stairlift in a range of categories, the overall customer satisfied. Easy to use up and down switch on arm and simple to read digital display to detect any problems.
