I never got disappointed by any of their service. Recently I had to get coverage for my car when my son got it hit on the highway. The repair would have been so much expensive but since I had their amazing insurance policy, I and my car was covered. All I had to do was give them a call and my process started right away after that.

In order to protect it, I went to Kemper to get an insurance policy made. I had some questions which were answered in detailed and I got plenty of time to decide what I want. They were in no hurry and gave me the space which I really do appreciate. I informed them about all that I was requiring and they were cooperative enough to do it my way.

When I finally had the financial strength, I straightaway went to them as I had heard several positive reviews about them. I was expecting a lot from them and I got back most of it in the first meeting. It all went pleasantly. They drew up a customised and a budget friendly insurance policy as per my demands. The entire process was fast as it all just got finished in a few days so it didn't really consume much time either. Very efficient.
Mendota has won my heart with its amazing services. By the last year, I had only experienced their roadside assistance and later I had a small query which was addresses by their customer service department very responsibly. Around 4 months ago, I faced a small accident but in that whole episode my car was damaged from the side door. I called them up to claim the coverage. I was expecting a long process ahead that would give me a headache but I was so wrong. Their representative was extremely efficient in dealing with me sorting out my matter as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
