Auto Insurance was made easy by one of my tried and tested companies. Hanover really is worth every penny. I became their customer 3 years ago and my experience is very positive since then. I never got disappointed by any of their service. Recently I had to get coverage for my car when my son got it hit on the highway. The repair would have been so much expensive but since I had their amazing insurance policy, I and my car was covered. All I had to do was give them a call and my process started right away after that.

I used Hanover auto insurance policy for a couple of years. Actually i am still their user. But 2 years ago they helped me cover up massive expenses when my car got badly damaged in an accident with a truck. They were so helpful back then. 2 years later, there was a minor damage to my car's back lights which was again dealt by their team with high professionalism and responsibility. I am so overwhelmed by their effect response. They quickly fixed this problem for me without any hassle. Amazing job and i am totally recommending this to you all!

My husband had the insurance policy of Hanover before we got married. He had good reviews about the company so without any research i also went to them and bought my car's insurance policy. My husband gave me most of the information and how the company works. I have not used their coverage yet as i am a careful driver too. It has not been so long either as i just got the policy 6 months back. As far as the customer service is concerned, it was very well and satisfactory. The employees are professional and efficient as well. Recommended.

I have had an extraordinary experience with Hanover up until now. It was speedy and simple to get coverage. They offered me the best price for basic coverage for a driver that has a bad record on my policy yet simply required a bond. I was also ready to get cheap coverage for my work car that is just driven 8 miles every day. I like that I am ready to pay my policy on the web and it's paperless and can agree to accept the auto draft. The most exceedingly terrible piece of the entire thing is some of the time the messages they convey can be confusing.

We purchased our policy through an insurance broker, so we had very little direct contact with Hanover. I love how fast Hanover Insurance Company caters to their customers needs especially when involved in a car accident. They are quick too about getting coverage set up and cards sent out. However, their pricing could always be better - as with anything in business.They have an estimate done with your vehicle ready within 2 weeks time.Hanover Auto Insurance is the best insurance that I ever had in a while and also is cheap in many ways. They are perfect in every way. My overall experience with them has been wonderful.
