I have had no mishaps or claims, so I am now happy with Mendota. Their site and charging billing methods have been very easy to navigate and manage. I have had the option to change my policy easily online when we added an additional vehicle to our family. I have never had a bad customer service experience with them.

Mendota has won my heart with its amazing services. By the last year, I had only experienced their roadside assistance and later I had a small query which was addresses by their customer service department very responsibly. Around 4 months ago, I faced a small accident but in that whole episode my car was damaged from the side door. I called them up to claim the coverage. I was expecting a long process ahead that would give me a headache but I was so wrong. Their representative was extremely efficient in dealing with me sorting out my matter as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

Mendota has got my corolla covered ever since i purchased their insurance policy. They had different offers and i chose the one i liked the most and the one that suited me well. They had a worker who attended me and gave me complete insight of the policy i was going to sign. There were absolutely no hidden charges. The policy was priced reasonably. 4 stars for price. 5 stars for their customer service and performance. My first claim was also immediately given to me without any waiting time. It is a great company and i would highly recommend it.

Auto insurance has always cost me a small fortune. Thankfully, a co-worker told me about Mendota Auto Insurance, and how much she was saving. I honestly didn't believe her initially, but I was open to seeing what she was talking about. I immediately contacted them to see what low payment options were available. They had a few options within my price range and I was strongly considering opting in, but I wanted to think it over. The rep was a little pushy, but I guess for good reason. I ended up purchasing and now, I have affordable auto insurance, and I didn’t have to compromise much on coverage I am also very happy with their payment options. I can pay my insurance premiums, now by credit card—it so nice to have that option. I can now see why my friend was bragging about them.
