They arranged to send someone out and everything was completely taken care of within an hour. The customer service is great and there are never any problems with billing.They have always been easy to contact and have taken care of each claim without problems. Their employees are always available and get back quickly with answers to any questions. They are reliable and helpful during my times of need. I was impressed on how they handled the claim. I'm extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance company.
I've been using State Auto over the past 2 years and haven't had any serious issues. I got into my first accident (fender bender) I was extremely nervous, but they handled everything well. They just had us switch our information very easily without police involvement, and they took care of everything else.They are quick to offer assistance when I have had questions, and have helped me throughout the entire claim process.They were helpful and fast at giving us coverage. They are eager to help and make you feel comfortable.I find State Farm rates to be fair and will continue to use them in the future. This company really knows how to treat you like an individual instead of number and I would continue to use State Farm for all of my insurance needs.I recommend them to anyone needing insurance.

I needed to make a claim, the process was always simple and trouble-free.The claim was quite easy to process and I had fixed car in no time. I was shocked by the customer service and care gave me even though it was something small.No hassle and easy access to information and repair to my car. I feel the service is excellent and to that extent worth a little extra from what I might pay elsewhere.They're easy to reach and quick to respond when something needs to be done, and the service is affordable.I recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy insurance.
I am really happy with Travelers. It's an affordable auto insurance and it offers a lot.They are so nice when I am talking to them and totally understanding in the conversations. They're a little bit more expensive than other companies but they take care of claims quickly and without problems. I damaged my rear bumper as I drove off a driveway; my insurance directed me to multiple body repair shops for estimates and (ultimately) repair. I paid the deductible and picked up a car that appeared new a couple of days later.They have always been there when I needed assistance or even when I contact them about my policy. I like the overall service of Travelers.

The insurance agent was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.. I was very upset after my car was hit and engine starts leaking. I filed a claim .they make it quick and easy by taking information by phone, then giving you a choice of who to take your car to for repairs. I've had fantastic & comfortable overall experience. I will stay with this company until there is a good reason for me to change.

I have an excellent driving record.This past year, I ran over something in the road.It was dark, there were no lights except my headlights and construction on and damaged my car.I called Wawanesa to submit a damage claim for my car.They have a quick response time.The adjuster comes within 2 days and your car is taken care of immediately. I was able to get great coverage for a great price. I feel secured driving with wawanesa as my car insurance.Their rates are very reasonable and the payment methods are very adaptable and meet my needs.You got to have a pretty clean record to be insured by this company but the amount of money they can save you is awesome.
