Since I have started with GCS company, I have been very pleased with all that has been done for me.They have taken the time to review my account and helped me get my accounts up to date being the fact I have been sending my monthly payments in two payment due to a life change event.This is a tough process to go through. It has made a hard time a little easier. I was shocked by the honest approach to fixing my credit issues.It was a great experience they worked with you as far as your payments and they were always helpful and nice.The customer service is increidible and I love the communication with no hidden terms or terms that were not disclose up front . I have been helped tremendously every single time I be called and I love you guys for helping me out so much .

I contacted them, sent them all my information from all my creditors, and they pretty much did everything else.They were very friendly and they looked helpful. They also gave me the impression that they would help me and I would finish paying all my debts successfully, and it happened. They sent me complete information of the payments that they made to my accounts.he program has worked really good. Nevertheless, GreenPath did a good job with the payment and with getting my interest rates lowered, and I was really happy with their service. They were very easy to work with and with them, you will no longer be stressed.

The enrollment process was not particularly lengthy but it was adequate I contacted them, sent them all my information from all my creditors, and they pretty much did everything else.They pay them off in a way where I wouldn’t be penalized. The person who handled my account was very friendly. I only met her once but she kept me abreast of the situation. They helped me and it was a little bit faster than some people would be on it with discrepancies, difficulties and correspondence.They were able to lower my interests rates in majority.The reps really made seamless contact although every once in a while, I would have to call them about something. As far as spreadsheets and due dates, it was up to the creditors what they agreed to and negotiating a price with me really wasn’t an option. It was always excellent service with them.

They don't rush and answer all your questions.They understood my situation, and they went right in and helped. Even when I didn't give them statements, they showed that all the bills were taken care of.They gave me guidance and helped me put together a reasonable payment amount. They asked me a lot of questions about where I could make cuts so that we can have more money go towards the payment.Their team also helped lower the interest rates and that was the big thing. They came along at the right time. I do not know what I would have done without InCharge!Thanks for your service

Their reps were very helpful in the beginning in letting me know what information they needed and in explaining the details of things and setting it all up.They got me a very good rate that I couldn’t get otherwise to be able to consolidate the debt.They spoke with different creditors and they were able to identify from them if they would be willing to reduce the interest rates and that kind of allowed them to calculate what my debt was gonna be going forward.They contact the companies for me and work out all the details. All I need to do is make my monthly payment and keep up with the balances. I have less than a year left and it's a great feeling to be almost debt free! I really appreciated it.

It was affordable for me at the time to pay things and go where I could come up with a solution.I had one issue with them though, where I don't know if it was my fault or not. I thought that they had gotten the payments all set up and everything was current. However once when I ran a credit check on myself, I found that I kept getting late payment charges. The next person who handled my situation was also very knowledgeable but she would call me instead of doing face-to-face. Any communication would be through email or whatever I felt was convenient. I would totally recommend MFC.

They set me up for the automatic payment and I didn't worry about it for quite a while. It was affordable for me at the time to pay things and go where I could come up with a solution. And then I ended up getting some money finally and paid everything.
There are still times where I feel overwhelmed at the amount of money I owe, but the progress I’ve made has filled me with great hope. I am saving a little money for a small cushion before I start, it won't be much but w/o credit cards I will be in deep trouble without something. They have made my debt more manageable for me and my family.
