I bought my car in Dec 2013 from Carmax with the Maxcare service plan.They are so easy to get a hold of. I had a headlight go bad and the voice control module failed too. I called MaxCare, they told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer assessed the problems, called MaxCare and MaxCare immediately approved the repairs. I picked up my car after paying $50 deductible and was very happy, Maxcare paid out with no problems. They take care of any questions and concerns that you have.They did everything they could to make sure I had the proper plan for my car. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I took out an extended warranty from Omega Auto Care. I had to have my air conditioner repaired. I went to Christian Brothers Automotive, gave them my contract number and Omega's phone number, and they took care of every single thing. It got repaired quickly and it didn’t cost me anything.The approval of my claim was fast. They did it the same day and didn't take long.They always respond promptly when I reach out with a question, and make their coverage simple and easy to understand. Most importantly, they are quick to reimburse my covered auto expenses.Omega claims process was great. I was surprised that everybody was working to help us, even the cops and that’s what I like. Omega is very nice and others should go for it too.

I recently needed to use my warranty. I was able to use the entire coverage amount that they did offer. Customer service answered all my questions in detail about the coverage that would be provided for my vehicle and gave me information and explained everything in detail and also gave me advice on what type of repair I should actually do for my car engine.They gave me good advice. They have the best policy for the price as well as zero deductible car repair. Very satisfied with our warranty with Pay My Repairs. They took the time to help us find something that fit with our very, very tight budget.We were worried about our car once our factory warranty ran out. These guys gave us a really good deal for extending our warranty and making sure we had adequate coverage for what we were looking for.


I have purchased a warranty with PWC 2y ago, and used it now for the first time (until now car was fine). I got a dead battery, and alternator also needed replacement. They have paid for both, so I'm positively surprised, since one could argue that battery is a wear part.My expectations were that they would HELP me get my car fixed if it needed repairs. I did NOT expect them to pay the whole thing, but do what they said they would. When the mechanic calls them, they come in and take a look at it and then okay it.I think they're a good company to deal with because they are kind and responsive. I have had no problems with them. I am so grateful, and this experience helped me to realized how important it is to have a warranty for a car!


An Extended Warranty was purchased through Portfolio in 2016. The car had multiple issues (air compressor, transmission). I submitted a claim with Portfolio immediately, who asked me to provide several supporting documents to complete my claim - which I did. Portfolio Protection covered all of the repairs with my only having to pay a $100 deductible. They worked quickly in all cases.This warranty really came in handy, saving me a bunch of money. The only downside of the warranty is that it took a long time to get my car back, about two and a half weeks.I will buy their coverage in the future. I am pleasantly surprised with my experience and am glad I took the insurance. If you are making a valid claim they do honor their commitment and act quickly.


I have had this company for almost five years now. They are, by far, the great company I have ever had to deal with.They listening to me and understood my concerns about the repairs and my warranty questions. Their professionalism was top notch and I could not have asked for better service.I had engine trouble. I took the car in to the dealership to be diagnosed for a knocking noise. The company wouldn't authorize the engine teardown, I had to agree to be responsible for the cost. They would reimburse me if they approved the repairs. It appears to me that the contract coverage, term and pricing hit the sweet spot. I'll sure tell my friends about you. Thank you for your honest business dealing.

All plans include 24/7 emergency road service for the terms of the service contract.A service contract may be arranged at any time and always costs extra; a warranty comes with a new car and is included in the original price.Their warranty for my automobile was great and helped in a dire situation with my automobile. I had engine problems and I was able to receive the coverage and customer service I expected from them.Described the coverage in detail and advised where the warranty could be handled should any problems occurred. Great service! I have dealt with other warranty companies and these guys are class act.


This business offers vehicle service contracts/warranty plans.Trustmark had the best coverage for the price. I purchased the plan mostly online but they called me a couple of times and everything was great. .After a good deal of research, I chose Trustmark to provide the warranty for my car.The pedestrian warning system sensor on my car became faulty and I filed a claim. Initially it was declined due to some error but then because of personal attention extra effort from one of the handlers and my claim was promptly authorized. I found them very fair with their pricing compared to other companies.Our experience was really quick and pretty seamless, so I was happy.I would like to thank Trustmark Warranty for a very professional approach to business.

I talked to a friend of mine and he told me about auto warranties as I didn't know that it's something important to get. It was easy purchasing from warranty and my interaction with their rep was good, stretched and on point. They had my car in the garage the next day after the first breakdown and even covered recovery costs. Very efficient service and I was constantly updated with progress. The repairing garage did supply a courtesy car so no personal loss of time.Couldn't fault the response and process. All dealings between myself, garage and Warranty Direct was quick and efficient.Warranty direct have been very helpful in settling my claim,I would say that the customer should be able to talk to a member of appeals or have a designated case worker.


Over the years I have doubted the benefit of extended warranties but that is not the case with WEC.An absolute hassle free experience with my claim. This was the easiest claim I have ever had to deal with so would recomend this company every time.This company have paid out on a number of occasions when listed components have failed on my vehicles. On the most recent occasion my car broke down . Unfortunately I had a major engine fault after 2 years of owning the car (even though the mileage was not excessive). WEC operatives were very helpful when I phoned and advised me that my claim would be covered and that my usual main dealer was a registered garage with them. From that point onwards, the process was a breeze.They have been absolutely brilliant, they are very responsive and considerate and have been a big help in what has been a highly stressful time.
