Gateway loan company was a key to my goals. After i flourished my business i wanted to shift my attention to getting my house started or buy one already built house. With lots of calculations and planning i was still short of some heavy cash. Gateway granted me that loan. I applied for mortgage loan and they responded back immediately. The whole process was quick and hassle free. They deposited the amount they granted to me through my bank account after the completion of some legal agreements and formalities. It has been so great. I would want this to be your first choice too!

I was searching for a bigger house and got a VA loan. Gateway Mortgage's rate was lower than anybody else’s and the loan officer I had was extraordinary. It was a lot easier this time around purchasing a house than it was in the first house that I ever bought. The procedure took a little longer since we lost one contract because of the VA appraisal yet it's in reality pretty quick. It took under 30 days once we found a house. The rep was fabulous and I appreciated his polished skill. I've referred Gateway Mortgage to two or three people that are searching for homes.

Gateway mortgage has been an amazing company at least to me. I always backed out from going to a mortgage lending company and because of that i had delayed buying my new home for 2 years. I was lacking some finance and i was so glad i had gone to them for their assistance. I purchased my house 6 months back and ever since that day i feel everything was worth it. Sitting in my own house is such a huge blessing. I got my program at a reasonable cost which i was able to afford. I highly recommend their services.

I got divorced and purchased a home outright out rather than with my ex. Since Gateway Mortgage was at that point my mortgage provider, I ran with them to refinance my old mortgage. The people from this organization were inciting, proficient and courteous. I additionally had an extremely lovely time with their rep. Gateway is the best . The company helped me to refinance my home and this was the easiest mortgage by far having bought two mortgage previously. It is easy, affordable and reliable. The customer service is top notch and they will go above and beyond to make you satisfy and happy with their terms. They never charge hidden charges and there interest rate also remain constant over a specific time period. The loan proceeded exactly as they promised despite the fact they handled everything electronically. Highly recommended.

Choosing this company for a home mortgage was a great experience.The staff at Gateway explained the credit process and so we were able to achieve our goal and finally own our own home. Any questions we asked were answered and she went above and beyond to help.Their rates are usually the best also. They do not sell their loans. I can continue and continue but there is not a mortgage company as good as Gateway.They closed on time, followed up on everything we asked about and stayed within the closing estimates. Thumbs up to Gateway Mortgage !
