Guild Mortgage is a fast-growing independent mortgage lender. I've purchased several homes in the past but this transaction with Guild was by far the easiest and smoothest to date. The process was a little challenging because we were moving from out of state and most of the work had to be done over the phone/internet.They advised us along the way with such patience and care, I could not believe that a loan officer could be so caring.They were very knowledgeable and organized and always available.Probably the easiest company I have had to deal with as for as mortgages go. It doesn't hurt that I also have a credit card with them, so it automatically tied to my account.Easy to work with. Fast reaction in all areas. Best rates!
