I received email about one of my accounts that has been paid up. I called the company and I have a zero balance on it. You were very helpful and explained any questions I have on my account.The only thing I was disappointed about was when I asked about late fees, he stated that I would have to call my creditors and ask them to waive. When program was explained, I was told that program would negotiate late fees to be waived. Other than that, everything seems to be okay. It would be nice to know how much I have to pay each debtor or account from my pocket. They help me understand more about program.
