They mostly dismiss or reject the claim even when they were genuine and prepared fake reports. The customer service was also not cooperative and they charged extra amount for the approval of claim. I was suggested to buy a warranty from SAW by my Boyfriend and I am extremely grateful to him. I filed a claim and it was approved within hours.
