I have been a customer of the American Electric power from last 12 years and we never had any kind of issue with the company. They bill you according to the usage and the customer service is always there to help in case of any query or issue. they also give extensions on bill and their website keep you update about the electricity usage. we use electricity under Average monthly payment plan and it is best. If you are a good customer and pay bill monthly then AEP is the best option.
I just got my electric bill and I am shocked ,doubled bill. I am even on their "budget monthly plan" where the bill is supposed remain the same throughout the year. I never had an issue with this company. A couple of times when I needed an extension on my bill, they gave it to me without asking any questions. The bills were always accurate.

I am a resident of West Virginia and using their service, providing the break-free electricity, never had a complaint about their service.
