Simply wanted to state that it was so natural to set up my security system - I opened the box, and able to install the sensors and motion detector in around 20 minutes. I called the customer service to activate and within around 20 minutes - most of which was spent me standing before motion detectors and waving my arms or opening doors to ensure the sensors were all working - I had an activated system. The person on the phone was friendly and patient. This was one of the better Customer Service experiences I have had.

This system is simply awesome! Being a renter and a single lady in a ground floor flat, I was anxious about the security of my home. I have used other alarm companies previously and they all required long contracts that simply don't work in the renting world. The system was super simple to install, works similarly as promised, and the customer support has been extraordinary. I would now be able to go out and not stress at all and that by itself is priceless.


I'm always reluctant to call somebody whose job is to offer me something, however, LifeShield Security made it appear as though we're partners all the while, and I never felt any pressure. The two different occasions I've called - for set up and when the phone card wasn't functioning properly - were likewise hassle-free and quick. I've had the system over a year, and haven't had any troubles. In addition, it did its job when we were away and somebody tried to get in. The police arrived and nothing was lost or disturbed. Thanks to LifeShield Security!

The My Alarm Center system arrived in a box in my address and I set everything up. I made a phone call and got everything dealt with. We just use our system during the evening or on the off chance that we leave to take some time off. My husband is driving a truck so I was home without anyone else during the evening for quite a long time at any given moment some of the time. It made me feel better and more secure because I would simply set up the motion detectors. In spite of the fact that I don't generally feel like I require the service, yet it's a 3-year contract so I'm somewhat stuck. Overall, it's been a decent experience. Their customer service is exceptional.
