The customer service of Zurich North America Small Business Insurance was amazing. My experience when I required assistance adding a client to the policy went incredibly easily. Signing up with them was simple and productive. Only for the information the more information you put in, the more exact your quote will be. I like that they follow up. Zurich North America Small Business Insurance does what we need them to do and we're covered. I am new to this however I'm satisfied until now.
I always wanted to secure my business but due to some up and down in the financial matters i couldn't. My business is 6 years old and it has bee flourishing since the past two years. I was in a position to get an insurance policy to keep my business protected as i always take steps for the longer run. They have a motivated work force which was noticeable by the way they were treating not only me but other clients as well whom i got a chance to notice. I would give them 4 stars for now as i am yet to discover their coverage services!

Their staff hooked me with a decent quote, they processed my payment, and I currently have the insurance set up. The majority of my inquiries were addressed and they could work with me to meet the minimum requirements that I required for the agreement that I was competing for. Their service was great. Zurich North America is certainly an affordable, simple to-work-with option.

ZURICH is just exceptional. I have been a client from 7 years and have had a great experience with the company. I switched to Zurich in 2011 after I got completely frustrated from an old and well-known insurance company. They were slow, irresponsible and pricey. I feel bless to choose Zurich its coverage, cost, premium and claim processing can never be competed. The customer service is incredible and they honestly offer the best deals that suit the business needs and provide utmost coverage at flexible premiums. Never been so satisfied. Highly recommended.
