We first booked our trip in January. From that point forward, we have needed to roll out a few additions and changes. Vantage Deluxe World Travel agents have been helpful, friendly, and understanding all through. There has just been nominal fee sometimes, none in others. If the airlines were this customer-friendly, traveling would be altogether different. We would not hesitate to use Vantage Deluxe World Travel for future trips. We would recommend Vantage Deluxe World Travel for anyone! They are worth a try
We have had a great experience with Vantage. We went on 2 rivers cruise trips and had a wonderful time. I have all the amazing and positive things to share about the trip. The cruise was 5 star and had very informative and trusting guide who kept us updated about every destination we covered. The hotels were also exceptional and we did not have any issue from the start to the end. Every moment was just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.
I went with my friends on a lovely cruise with Vantage, we used this company to help set up the cruise and the flights. They did a wonderful job! The flights were set up very well and the cruise was a very beautiful experience.They were always responsive to any questions, feedback or inquiries; any slight problems we were facing, the agency made sure to address immediately.They were always responsive to any questions, feedback or inquiries; any slight problems we were facing, the agency made sure to address immediately. I feel very satifsied that they run the best cruise ship experience that we have been lucky enough to experience. With his right hand man.All staff from location representatives to tour guides and drivers were well informed and helpful with all logistics. The was flawlessly executed.We love Vantage and look forward to more exciting cruises with them in the future.
We had seen a few brochures about Vantage and after that got an email from them on a special for a trip going from Budapest to Amsterdam. We took that one and last year ago, we also went on the Normandy Cruise with them. I'm an ex-military personnel so the highlight for me was going up to Normandy and visiting the battlefields. I recommend their tour guides and directors. They were superb as were their sales and customer service teams. When I've called them, they addressed every one of my inquiries and did all that they could to get the travel arranged the way I'd like them. I'd probably book another trip with them once more.
