It has been a wonderful experience. It is the best travel company we have found and like I said, we have shopped around for years for just the right company with which to do business.There's no hidden charges. At first, we were reluctant to go to the presentation and had discussed that we were not going to buy anything.The trip was topnotch quality and we enjoyed it. We booked a holiday to Phuket and received excellent service from them and all went perfectly for us.Any clarifications we needed were dealt with professionally and quickly.The transfers were easy,- punctual, friendly and professional. The accommodation deal included meals which made for a very relaxing holiday. I appreciated being kept informed during the whole time and felt that I had someone I could contact that I could trust if I needed to. The value for money was outstanding and the resort perfect for family time with kids. Will use again.

Very fun adventures. Booked a night at Costa Rica and did not disappoint - very good price which included buffet breakfast for both of us, wifi, fabulous room and even a bottle of champagne from hotel.Such a good package.Quite simply, everything went to plan, no glitches. We are experienced travelers and this was probably our favorite trip. Another benefit of traveling with this moderately priced company is the fellow travelers. Have found Grand Circle to be great trips for a better value than some others.Our holiday was great value and I would use Travel Online again and recommend them.
We stayed Hilton Garden Inn Oldsmar, Florida.Clean and affordable. Has very friendly staff. Food was great and variety excellent. Overall environment fabulous. Would definitely return.The property is right on the banks of the Ohio River and my room overlooked the water so it was even more relaxing. I also utilized the in hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. This hotel was perfect. Enjoy the workout room and the pool. Desk staff always help with directions to go to places.It is very relaxing. Hilton Hotels & Resorts is good for solo travelers, couples, business travelers, retirees and anyone who is looking for a full service upscale hotel.Overall environment fabulous. Would definitely return.
The dealership I was buying the car from offered GWC and it sounded good. Everything was pretty smooth at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle service contract. I
bought the vehicle and few days later, its transmission messed up. I went through the two mechanic shops that deal in auto repair, informed them about the vehicle in particular, and they each had the thing to say about the warranty company.The repair shop diagnosed the problem, submitted a claim that was quickly approved and in a few days my car was repaired, nice and quire now! .The cost and the coverage that are offered in my warranty are fair. was very happy. The problem I had was very upsetting but was handled very professionally.
I was worried about my reservation but everything was handled promptly and professionally. They were able to complete my request very fast and got exactly what I needed.Hotel Planner actually gave me a better price on a great room at the Omni Shoreham. I did not receive a receipt for my reservation, and soon after I emailed the customer service section, I received the receipt in an email.When an emergency arose, I was able to speak with staff who were courteous in responding to my requests for a refund due to not being able to stay an additional day as planned. Given the opportunity I’m sure we will stay here in the future.

Booking process takes less than 2 mins once you're logged into your account and it counts to your rewards points too. I'll be using his services again any time we travel.

The easy to view presentation of offers and ultimate confirmation layout was outstanding.Now we booked the tickets for Paris.It has been amazing quick and fast and always gets our the best rates out there.They helped us with our flight tickets hotel etc.They were able to secure our round trip flight to Italy due to a Family emergency. This agency it's really good they are diligently .Their agents were knowledgeable, very professional and very attentive to our needs. It was and will be my number one choice when it comes to travels.
