I was planning to travel to New Orleans with my husband. We both wanted to spend our 2 week vacations there so we thought about looking into traveling companies. Travelocity was the one we finalized with. The traveling agent was understanding and offered us the traveling plans that were right according to our desires. We got the plane tickets at a low rate as well and the hotel was also booked at reasonable rates. The whole experience was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was complimentary in the hotel. Over all it was hygienic and clean. We will definitely travel again with Travelocity!
I was booking on the website and the transaction did not go through. Within minutes I got a telephone call and an exceptionally supportive respectable man called from Travelocity, facilitated the booking, could give us a good price and the reservations were completed. I was extremely satisfied with the help, with the booking results and the gentleman was exceptionally kind and supportive. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Must give them a try!

Just navigate through the site promptly and select the best options. The customer Rep Julian was very cooperative. She searched for the most suitable flight schedule at a very attractive prices when was unable to find the flight to Washington. I could not be happier. I would recommend it to anyone out there.

I scheduled a totally non-refundable trip to San Francisco and it was disclosed at the time of booking. The plans needed to change a few days after the fact. I called fully expecting that they should be cautious that I couldn't get a refund. I was on hold for quite a while, WELL justified regardless of the pause! The rep reached every airline and the hotel and car rental company. I was refunded about ALL the costs more than two-thirds and the rest of "refunded" in flight vouchers! I was shocked thus PLEASED! Extraordinary customer service!!
