I have had an average experience with the Nation wide insurance company. I became their client around 1 year ago. Although, they were very warm and the meeting was well. They even provided me with a very affordable option for myself but what lacked was communication and the coverage process was not as fast as I was expecting. I had to get the coverage 2 months ago and they really did take long which added to my inconvenience. Other than that, the service has been good and I hope they are more efficient in the future to keep me satisfied.

Nationwide insurance company is one of its kind due to its exceptional customer support services and coverage facility. I was a user of a different insurance policy company but they were a disappointment as they were too slow to even respond back to basic queries. Lazy service. On the contrary, Nationwide has been the total opposite with efficient services. I was so happy to shift and my decision proved right when i had an occasion of filing a claim for a damage caused by a road accident. It was minor but needed assistance from the coverage amount. A great experience!

There is no better company than the Nationwide Insurance. The service people are to a great degree polite and proficient. They always follow through when they say they will. They have great marketing ideas and are not pushy about their products and are never impatient on the telephone. I have been a part for more than 5 years and I truly think there is no better company! I would highly recommend them to any anyone who is eligible to join.

Nationwide is the best company and I have always had the extraordinary experience with the company. They are honest, prompt and professional. I was in a hit and run case and my car was a damaged from the rear end. I filed the case and the claim was immediately approved by the company. Everything was taken care of by the customer rep and he just made things like a breeze. I could not be satisfied. Would recommend it to anyone.

Purchasing my insurance online was quick. Insurance cards were ready to be printed out within 24 hours and after that in my mail within a week. With everything taken into consideration, they are quick, simple to apply and reasonably priced. They have incredible customer service. They don't ask similar inquiries again and again by changing two or three words. which different organizations do to check whether possible customers are lying. However, I don't like the fact that I agree to accept payment to be taken out automatically and to have all response sent through email, to save money on paper, however, rather I get it in email and in the mail.

I have been with Nationalwide auto insurance off and on for the past 10+ years.I was in a rear bumper accident a few years ago and I had these guys as my insurance. They made the process run smoothly and I received good coverage on my car.They were quick and easy.They were also very helpful when I applied. The price was very reasonable, representatives were friendly and courteous as well. My experiences have been very satisfactory. I like it because of the low prices. It is also very easy to purchase. It includes coverage on everything. They are also fast on all their claims! I would freely recommend this company for any and all insurance needs.

I have a bundle policy with Nationwide Insurance, Car Insurance and House Insurance. I had to file a claim on the house insurance for damage to my roof on july 9 2018. They paid the entire amount minus my deductible and was very prompt on service.They made a not so nice incident, painless and they made feel at ease that everything would be taken care of.They helped immediately with the process of filing my claim and guiding me through the process.This company is one of the best brands for any type of insurance. They say what they mean and give you an accurate solution to your problem. They have been one great company to deal with!!!
