I was satisfied with the arrangement for my Sister's Birthday. However, it didn't appear as though the photo I chose. Overall, I would say the service is extraordinary! There is always an opportunity to get better yet customer support is incredible. Whenever I have called with an issue or need help, the agents have reacted well to my needs. I will order again.

This was my second time ordering from 1-800-Flowers.com and for the second time, my recipient raved over their beauty! On time delivery and very observant of potential risks to the customer. I sent flowers for a friend to his mother and signed the card from her. The arrangement was delivered on schedule and was excellent! She appreciated it very much and so do we.

I don't usually order flowers online however i had the first flower delivery experience with 1-800 flowers and hands down it was such a great experience. The flowers were just like i imagined, the placement was absolutely beautiful. They were fresh and came in time. The colors and condition was very fresh. I was not the only to admire the flowers but my wife loved them too as i specially got them delivered for her. I would give it a thumbs up and i am definitely going to order again from 1-800 flowers. Next time, maybe a different set of flowers!

The 1-800 Flowers is my first choice on every special occasion. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive and have always exceeded my expectations. we loved the fresh flowers they delivered on my wedding anniversary.

The floral arrangement looked just like the picture and the same day service was fast! Only issue I had was the price for same day was extremely expensive!
