The people at First National Moving and Storage were professional and the moving consultant was helpful and simple to work with. On the other hand, there were issues with booking the drop-off. Two or three things were broken and plants were pushed in so they got squished. My past experiences with different companies that I had worked with were obviously better. They also left two or three things on the truck and they called us that they'll bring it back the next day. We're still dealing with that and we had to keep calling.
The moving organizer who helped us was superb. He was very friendly. He acknowledged well and he listened when I needed to change his plan. My communication with the moving organizer was professional. Everything was all around done. The team that came was brilliant also. They were on schedule, did what they were there to do, and were thorough. Despite the fact that the bed was a little loose when they set up it, they came right out, fixed it and apologized.
My neighbor has a tree that is over my fence and he won't cut this tree. In mid-year, a portion of the branches from this tree fell into my central air unit and it got broke, I straight away called Farm Bureau Homeowners to get the thing fix. When we reported a claim, the agent was over here the next day. Now, we were satisfied at how quick we got our cheque from them however the deductible was way too high.
Metlife Homeowners are cheaper, closer to home and they give great rates in home insurance. I was offered the advice to go to this company since they have incredible rates and extraordinary agents. All the features are good for me. They are our friends and like family to us. I like the way in which they are there for you, help their customers and the look of the place. Metlife Homeowners are tremendous with their services.
