The people at First National Moving and Storage were professional and the moving consultant was helpful and simple to work with. On the other hand, there were issues with booking the drop-off. Two or three things were broken and plants were pushed in so they got squished. My past experiences with different companies that I had worked with were obviously better. They also left two or three things on the truck and they called us that they'll bring it back the next day. We're still dealing with that and we had to keep calling.
My experience with Fist National was OK. The team arrived around 12 pm while they told us they would be coming by 9 am sharp so that the distance is covered by next morning. The team consisted on 4 men which I thought should be more as there was a lot of stuff to pack and move. But they were good at their work and completed their job skillfully. The service is good however, they should do something about time management.
I am a happy customer of First national moving. I have hired them for moving my house twice in 3 years. Their services have only improved over this time. I totally appreciate how they work with the customers. They kept me in loop during the entire process of transition as well. I knew where my things were and when will they be reaching to the destination. Everything was unloaded with complete care. My husband was at the other end who witnessed their responsibile work. They offer this at a good rate too so this is our go to moving company!
The price of First National Moving & Storage was lower than other companies. I got the 16-foot container and their rep was extremely helpful. The drivers who got the container likewise worked to perfection. The main issue have I seen a bunch of tarred-like particles in the bin when it arrived and it's taken me a while to wipe them off my floor. Those were likely roadway particles that by one means or another got into the First National Moving & Storage. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in great condition and everything worked out great.
