The customer service is excellent and they will take your calls unless you are satisfied with the delivery. We have been the customer of this company since 1995 when my father renovated our house and installed retractable awnings in backyard to make the space more useful. The designs of the Awning was so unique and it added to the beauty of our house. We shifted to another house in 2005 and my father again contacted Aristocrate to install awning. Their agent came and estimated the cost and this service was free of cost. They gave a warranty of 15 years of the fabric that covers the awning and motors and control have a 7 years warranty but trust me they would go beyond that if you use the awning carefully. They also provide different financing options to the customers to make the deal easier. High quality awnings I must say.
