He explained everything to me with patience and told that compressor is not working and needs to be changed. The service charges were least and the compressor was changed with the new one. I traveled on Asiana from Bangkok to Los Angeles via Seoul. The experience was great. The crew members were attentive and responsive. The food was just great and in-flight services were amazing. It was my first flight on Asiana but not the last because I enjoyed my flight to a great extent. All the process from booking a flight, boarding and travel was super cool and felt like a breeze. I received the luggage without any problem and arrived at my destination as per schedule. I would recommend Asiana to everyone who want to have a cheap but up to the mark flight.
