It was so hard for me to finally settle down for an insurance company. After a lot of research in depth I came to a conclusion that NJM auto insurance was a good reputable company so I decided to get my policy from them. I had some requirements which they adjusted very cooperatively. Although, it was a bit high for my set budget but the service I have received so far is pretty good. I liked how their staff was friendly and made me comfortable instantly which turned the whole experience pleasant for me. I hope they keep up their quality.

What is a good insurance company? I would say NJM is the best company to get a policy for your car insurance. There are two major things that they provide with extreme professionalism. Number one is selling their policy with honesty and no unnecessary pressure on the client. This actually made me easier and confident while learning about their services. The second thing is the pace at which they respond to claims. My claim was handled within a few hours. Everything was so smooth and that what impressed me a lot. These were the two core things i was looking in a good insurance company.

The NJM Auto Insurance is a stunning auto insurance company. It took under 10 minutes to purchase the policy. Everything can be sent through email including purchase policy and paperwork. I can change, delete or add services to my policy at whenever on the web. Moreover, I like the 24-hour customer service, great rates. Customer service representatives are in every case exceptionally supportive and don't give a runaround about things. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and don't plan on switching at any point in the near future.

My windshield was cracked during one of the snow storms and I got my car repaired and fixed.My car was repaired in 3 days using a approved repair shop. Adjusters were polite & knowledgeable and check for the repairs came less than a week later.They always keep in touch with me whenever I need them and customer care is really helpful and solve the problem as soon as possible.Excellent coverage for a fair price, provides approved repair companies. My overall experience was that it was fast. They were knowledgeable to what I needed and made sure I got it. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
