I have had this company, Fred Loya for over two years with just a single issue. I updated my new address and phone number on their site however in one way or another it didn't get passed to my agent. which caused an issue in contacting me when I purchased a new vehicle. Fortunately, I wasn't in an accident because the agent didn't insure my new vehicle for almost 3 weeks after I bought it. Otherwise, their service is great.

I am a resident of Texas and I had a hard time deciding upon which company to choose for my auto Insurance. After some research, I got my hands on the Fred Loya company's auto Insurance policy which was drawn up considering my needs and was affordable for me. I clearly told me what my budget is and what I expected of them. The manager was humble and understanding towards me. He did most of the working while I just sat back and waited for my policy to get ready. So far I have not used their coverage service but the roadside assistance is efficient in my opinion.

I have had 2 experiences with 2 insurance companies. I own two cars and now i am planning to switch the insurance of my first car to Fred Loya as well. I can feel the difference between both the companies. Fred Loya has been extraordinary in catering all my needs including the claiming episode with them. It was done so quickly which was not even something that i expected. The rates are just fine not too high or too cheap for me. The bottom line is it is worth it when it provides protection to my car and excellent customer support service.

Fred Loya Insurance Group was the best thing i ever did to my car. I bought their insurance policy 3 years back and ever since that i have been extremely carefree. The amount i paid for this policy was totally worth it. I claimed for coverage twice in the past 3 years and it is safe to say that they were super quick at providing me with it. I got my car damaged in a road rage but it got fixed and i got the coverage so i am glad i have got their policy. I highly recommend you their services.

I loved that it was so easy to join. Their customer service was marvelous and they truly set aside the opportunity to tune in to what I required for my insurance coverage. They made things clear, compact, and straightforward. The agent had a wealth of knowledge and made it feel exceptionally close to home. I could get to their online site easily and I had immediate confirmation of insurance. The site was anything but difficult to explore and paying my bill was extremely simple. Fred Loya is an Insurance that I first saw in Texas many years ago. The one thing that keeps me renewing my auto insurance policy is the personal care I receive. It is rare to find service providers who care about their clients. Fred Loya has the convince of online access also so you can see your policy, pay your bill, and even start a claim.They always take the time to make sure my policy has what I need covered and explain things to me in a way that I understand everything. They truly seem to care what I need in an insurance policy. I am very happy with the service I received from them.
