Erie Insurance has got me covered since the year 2015. I got my first auto insurance from them when I was 25 years old. They took care of my requirements and provided me with the most suitable policy that was under my affordability range. I am still their customer and I have always been happy with their services. Be it initial policy selling or coverage process. Even the roadside assistance is very helpful. I have a person experience with them at least twice in all this time. They can still improve more by adding more efficient staff members in their customer relations department. Overall it is very good.

Erie auto insurance is superb! The only problem i felt was the cost of the insurance policy i purchased for my car. It was a bit tough for me to afford it but their services were so popular in my circle and i badly wanted to secure my car so considering some other aspects i decided to spend the money on it. It has been amazingly serving me since a couple of years. Only once i filed for a claim which was promptly granted to me by their team. Now it does not hurt that i spent those bucks on it. It's too good.

I got a second hand car a year back. Second hand cars are obviously not in perfect condition so i thought it is best to get its insurance done. I had a couple of companies in the options. I researched on both of the companies and ended up with Erie auto insurance. I bought their insurance policy as i was convinced that this is the right company for me. All the terms and conditions were according to my requirements and it was affordable for me. I have used their coverage once as well which came in quickly so thumbs up for their services!

It's a good insurance particularly, their customer service since they generally make a special effort to assist their customers with amiability and skills. Despite the fact that I've never had a claim they generally come to me to give me counsel and offer me many other choices they may have for their customers, something other insurance agencies never improve the situation their customers. I have been with Erie for over 6 years with home and auto.When I have needed to file a claim, I've received prompt service and didn't have to fight to get contacted by an adjuster.Seamless issue with a deer hitting my car; filing a claim was trouble free and gave me confidence.They covered all the damages .Everything done well with little effort on my part I have nothing on the negative side. Their rates are good and their agents really care. They don't have to advertise on saving you money. They are worth it.They work with you when you want to change your car insurance and give good information to help you stay safe.
