I have never faced any disappointment so far. I have been using their products since 3 years. They never compromise on the quality which is worth every penny i have spent on it. Instead of going to different pet stores on my own, i prefer sitting at home and buying it over with one click. 2 weeks ago i made a purchase of Nexgard chewables for my dog. It was also a treatment to kill ticks and fleas since he goes outside a lot he was developing this issue too. It costed me around 33.55 dollars so i would say the products prices are reasonable.
