Arrowhead is just wow. I have been using their services from 5 years and it has never disappointed me. Its staff is courteous and cooperative and are always available to help you and assist you. I mostly use my account using online service and it is very secure and safe. The bank does not charge the extra amounts. I always get a good percentage of profit on my saving account. I also got a loan from the bank on my salary and the payment plan was so easy. The process of getting loan is easy like a breeze. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union for over 3 years, and I have always appreciated their service. I can honestly say that this is the best bank around.I love their online banking. I get my all of my statements online and get emailed when my new one is ready to be viewed. And being able to get support via messaging them at their site is fantastic.There are no fees associated with my account, I do not get charged ATM fees and they have the best overdraft protection. Their rates on loans are also going to be lower, and it is almost because of the nature of how credit unions are that they tend to not be as profit-oriented as large banks as far as trying to extract as much value from the customer as possible. If you do any banking at all, I highly recommend you use a credit union.
I went a few days ago to open a savings account with my life partner and we chose to come here on the grounds that the interest was marginally higher than different banks even tho it's still fundamentally nothing. Roger bailed us out and was extraordinary and super friendly, got us set up super speedy. I additionally got a call from client benefit customer support a couple of days making sure that my experience and everything went well. I am very happy to be a new member of this credit union.
