I have been doing business with Apmex now for 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I don't mind the little extra I pay because of their excellent customer service and fast shipping. It has an extremely wide selection of items including some that are exclusive to them. If you want to find older coins or harder to get items then this is the place to look. However their prices are slightly higher than others. Great for those hard to find or unusual precious metal items.
The customer service with APMEX was great. I dealt with them about 2 times regarding some of my orders. It enabled me to purchase a large amount that I wanted. Were very helpful in getting me on the right track to buy the proper product that I was looking for. They also seem to be more knowledgeable.The process is easy to buy online. Easy payment options.Shipping packaging is discrete. Orders are delivered on time with what you actually purchased. I believe APMEX is the best place to purchase your metals with fair pricing. I am happy to know that Apmex is very reliable.
They have incredible service and support that is anything but difficult to get. They make a special effort to ensure that you as a customer are fulfilled and they have amazing customer support workers. They have an extremely educated staff. I was exceptionally happy with the general value straightforwardness contrasted with different items and organizations that were accessible! I exceptionally recommend them to any purchaser that is interested in purchasing their item. Their product seems to be better than any others that are available on the market.
