So i have used services of American Airlines many times. I flied to Chicago last month as well and the service was remarkable. The food is also good which for me is a plus point in any Airline. The quality of service and the whole experience is worth the ticket price. Once i remember there was a delay in my flight but mostly the experience is pleasant. The staff on board is well trained and care a lot about good customer service.
American Airlines is the best and I will always rate it high. I have traveled trough AA four times in 2 months and have always had very satisfying experience. The crew members are very friendly and kind and the food also good. They offer best in-flight entertainment services and provide you with the headphones, you can scroll through a variety of programs to spend good time. The kids also enjoy the flight because they have gaming options and interesting movies to watch. Every passenger can enjoy the program of their choice. The staff is always ready to serve the passengers and make sure they have a memorable journey.

The flight was clean, on time, well maintained and handled with courtesy. This seat was comfortable, fully reclined so sleep was possible. I've always found the flights to be accommodating relaxing and enjoyable. Each seat has its own entertainment unit so watching movies was not a problem.Excellent everything.

The boarding staff was courteous, The flight was on time, overall happy with the American Airline service they are providing to their customers.

loved my trip with american airlines. the entertainment screens were working and had great set of movie collection. P.S the food tasted great
