My very latest experience with Patriot warranty was not as good as i had expected. Usually they pay on time but my last payment was stuck. It did cause some trouble for me and was a headache to get it through. I contacted their customer service department and filed my complaint after which one of their members reached out to me and proceeded with the solution. I have received it now but the point of review is they need more improvement or maybe it was a bad experience this time only.
