When come to clean room in the morning did not clean hand basin or piece of grass on the carpet that was there when we arrived. Breakfast next morning side plates were wet from the dishwasher. They could improve the situation for those of us less fortunate.
It was noisy however we were on the ground floor. I requested a fruit basket on our arrival that they never delivered anyway they didn't charge us either. Additionally, there was not much toilet paper in our room the first night. The restaurant waitresses were also some of the grumpiest I have ever experienced. The shuttle service is very slow.
Guaranteed Rate Mortgage has a lower interest compared with others and the application procedure was self-explanatory. It was pretty quick and was less than a month. Nonetheless, it was kinda difficult to connect with the agent who was taking care of my mortgage. Be that as it may, I didn't do a lot. They thoroughly took care of me, since I previously had the loan documents that I required in the file as it was a refinance. GRM made my mortgage cheaper. So, it was a pretty good experience.
I liked the rate that I got from Arvest Central Mortgage Company so I refinanced with them. The cooperations with their rep were good. The procedure just went somewhat longer than I was expecting, however, it went alright. All things considered, they could have a list of what people need upfront and not holding up two months to hear over from the mortgage company itself.
