I've used LitterMaid for a long time for my cats. Until they had a change in corporate management they were reliable and had great vet staff. They have totally changed their policy, have inexperienced interns and vets, the good vets are no more! They give you huge paperwork and on top of that, it says non-refundable. Likewise, the doctors there gave bad advice about another cat... that had us stressed for a long time.
The people I see are incredible, exceptionally thorough, and make a special effort for me. Now we recently purchased a wellness plan for our two dogs. Both have gotten brilliant great medicinal services from our Sentry Pet Products. The whole staff was awesome. The staff jumped through hoops to rearrange other appointments and deal with our emergency. It was by far the best decision for the pets I have ever taken.
The technician from Avira Antivirus was exceptionally helpful. From the scale of 10, I give him full numbers. He was excellent and that being the best he knows what he doing on a PC that 100% sure. He was professional and knew what technique to follow to address my issue with the installation of a security program. I am an exceptionally satisfied customer for the service because he saved me from a scam. And I really appreciate it.
I have used this service for quite a long while. I just kept renewing because I have been too busy to even consider researching a better company. I lost my PC to a virus. Avast was set to automatically protect. In disappointment, I finally deleted all Avast Antivirus files from the machine. Some of their agents don't communicate in English well, are slow and they are not professionals. II am not going to renew their service again.
