My wife purhased a second hand car and wanted to have an extended warrnty on it. Without a second thought I called my rep at Delta and told him I wanted another plan for my wife's Ford F-350. I was expecting some discounts but the rep told me that I would have to wait for the promotions
that were going to start in a month and I could avail almost 50% discount on the deal. This kind of turned me off as I was expecting high from rep. But he explained logically that my wife could get only 10% discount as a spouse that was far lesser than 50%.
I understood his logic and he was right. I told my wife to wait and she waited impatiently for 35 days. She wanted protection for her car sooner. Anyways, we were able to grab 40% discount from annual promotion deals and we both are happy with this company. It is best in every respect.
