The best thing you would need in winters. We ordered AO smith's water heater when our boy was born. And since then we have never been unhappy. The water heaters work just perfectly and never malfunctioned. They costed us a bit more than we expected but today i would say it was worth it. We are using their water heaters since 2 years now and it is safe to say that we are their happy customers. Their after sale service is also as good as they are before they sell of their product. The water heats up quickly and the quality of the heater is also really good. 4 stars because of the price. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star!

The cloth used on the seats and the back is of good quality and colors. We have a cat as well and he can not easily damage the sofa cloth; it is that good and tightly fixed. When i reached out to them to get a credit card they gave me a number of options in cards to choose from. I chose the one i thought was suitable for me and i received good consultation from their staff as well which adds to their customer service. However they need to improve their post sale customer support service as well. A more responsive staff is appreciated. I would recommend this.
