Their online quote and policy changes are so easy. I like being able to go on the web and roll out improvements as required. I recently purchased another car and could roll out the improvements to my policy and have it effective the following day. My policy paperwork is all on the web, so I don't need to stress over losing printed copies. It is extremely convenient and easy to use. When I called at an accident scene the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even called the tow company for me.
I have been with Allied Auto Insurance for more than 3 years. This auto insurance rate has gone down every six months. I've never made a claim with an auto insurance company, so I can't look at the speed of handling claims. Their client support is amazing and always there. They don't send a physical insurance card, however, an email to print it out. I would prefer a physical card sent to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I never stress over anything with regards to my vehicles. I know they will be there in no time. I would recommend anybody to purchase auto insurance through Allstate.
