Customer service at Bekins Van Lines seemed to be pretty good. They got everything prearranged and they were there on time and they were chivalrous. They sent follow-up emails and receipts, so everything was documented online. The moving crew was very proficient. They got us moved really fast in less time than they quoted, so I saved a little money. And that was a nice surprise. American Van Lines did a good job. They followed up with me ahead of time and let me check off all the stuff that we had to move so they knew what we were moving. And they had a big enough truck and people to help move. I was pretty satisfied.
