US Education Department were flexible and understanding and helped me stay on track. I have somebody to back me up and help me keep my student loans in good standing.They organized everything, and even made sure my loans were legitimate. It's such an easy company to work with.Everything went really smoothly, and they helped me to the point where I'm able to make my payments depending on how much I make. They even cut my student loan in about a quarter. They've done a very good job. I haven't had a problem with the service. It's been a positive experience.
